Shortly after graduating from high school in 1993, Ryan began his career in photography and has enjoyed taking pictures ever since. For the past 16 years Ryan has been actively engaged in photography, shooting everything from advertising, editorial, corporate and nature. He attended Salt Lake Community College, graduating with high honors in photography. He also received a Bachelor of Arts degree in photography from the world renowned Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California.

Ryan currently enjoys working as a full-time photographer in Utah. He also enjoys an adjunct teaching position at Salt Lake Community College where he shares his love of photography with his students. This is his fifth year teaching at Salt Lake Community College, which has one of the best photography programs in the state of Utah.
